Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Chicago, IL. We ship on business days Monday through Friday and shipping times depends on your distance from us. Please remember that shipping times are calculated from the time your order is shipped, not from when the order was placed.
No we do not ship directly to an APO.
All returns/exchanges should be shipped to the following address accompanied by your name, order number and a brief explanation of the return/exchange within 60 days of your orders original delivery date.
We will not accept returns/exchanges on clothing that has been washed or worn. We cannot accept any return/exchange received after 60 days of your orders original delivery date. Anything returned to us after this time will be returned to you immediately.
All music items (CDs and vinyl) can only be returned/exchanged if unopened.
In order to cancel an order, you must email [email protected] with your name and order #. If your order has already been shipped, you will have to follow the return instructions above.
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact [email protected] and change your address.
